THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MEAN A LOT
Are all your products handmade or contain any pesticides?
None of our products contain any pesticides or animal product. They are all made by hand to order. Meaning, everything is made when you order, and can be custom made. Simply enter your order edits in the “note” section. If we need clarity or if their is an additional charge, we will contact you before moving forward with your order.
Why do you encourage exfoliation?
It's important to exfoliate the dead skin cells away prior to following with a moisturizer. Otherwise you're just piling lotion and butter up on top of dead skin.
It's important to rejuvenate your skin so that it breathes! We lose an average of one million skin cells per day!!! Meaning our skin should be exfoliated and moisturized daily! As well drink lots of water!
Delivery & Shipping Options
We ship our orders via FEDEX to ensure a timely arrival! In the summer we include a freezer pack. If your order arrives a little melted. It’s okay, just refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. The product will be ready to use.

Your order takes approximately 2-5 days to make depending on what you order. There are varying factors to consider including curing time for some products. Because all products are made at the time of ordering, nothing is sitting on the shelf pre-made. We take time to ensue quality is put into every product! This also ensures that your product is fresh upon arrival. *Each product has an average shelf life of one year when capped and stored properly.

Our Return Policy
All returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit. All times must be returned with 30 days of delivery date unopened.
*Return authorization must be obtained before returning order/goods. Items must be returned in its original packaging.
**Sale items cannot be returned for store credit or refund.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return upon receipt to us. You will receive an email confirming receipt.
Pink's Body Shop & Co. is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. We do not accept responsibility for return shipping on any products being returned for store credit. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
Please keep your proof of postage/return tracking number when returning your order.
